| 仕事内容 | Overview: Pococha team is looking for an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of developers and engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications. |
| 応募資格 | Key Responsibilities: ・Business-level fluency in English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members in both languages. ・Manage a team of software developers and engineers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations ・Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and development timelines ・Develop and maintain project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones ・Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation ・Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the engineering team ・Participate in technical design and implementation discussions ・Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables ・Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues ・Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development Qualifications: ・Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field ・5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role ・Demonstrated ability to manage teams of developers and engineers ・Strong technical skills and experience with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or iOS/Android SDKs ・Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills ・Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana ・Experience with software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) ・Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment preferred |
